DESCRIPTION

The vendor is required to provide animal use protocols software featuring a central dashboard for researchers and research administrators, enabling access to various modules from a unified landing page. The system must support centralized administration of research projects, comprehensive data management, user-facing dashboards, and analytics. It should include single sign-on (SSO) and authentication capabilities for individuals who are not affiliated with the University of Guelph.

The solution must facilitate cross-application workflows, as well as systematic surveillance, assessment, and documentation of animal well-being, health status, and living conditions, ensuring ethical compliance and proper care. Professional services are expected to plan and execute the implementation, covering installation, configuration, data migration, system integrations, and testing. Ongoing technical support and troubleshooting must be provided for both the software application and any modules, updates, or patches installed during the agreement term.
