Ambient Monitoring Solution

The government authority in Seattle, Washington seeks a vendor to provide an ambient monitoring solution designed to enhance clinical awareness and operational efficiency within the operating room setting. The desired solution should offer continuous, unobtrusive tracking of critical surgical events, enabling surgical teams and administrators to gain immediate insight into case progression and turnover status. Ambient sensing technology must identify key procedural milestones such as arrival, intubation, incision, closure, and departure, interfacing directly with the electronic health record (EHR) to support precise documentation.

The solution is expected to deliver robust analytics that transform captured data into actionable insights, driving evidence-based workflow improvements, predictive resource planning, and quality benchmarking.
