The selected vendor will be responsible for providing enhancements to the Amanda system and the associated citizen portal. This project requires assigning a dedicated Project Manager to oversee daily coordination, manage issue resolution, and facilitate all communications. The vendor will supply detailed configuration documentation for every module, covering settings, authentication protocols, and software integration points.
Key deliverables include enabling the Amanda CSV file to log business licence portal billing and payment records, which will allow semi-automated uploads to Peoplesoft's general ledger. The vendor must also ensure all integration deliverables meet specified functional and technical acceptance criteria, develop and manage an integration plan with clear sequencing and dependencies, and set up governance, escalation procedures, and decision authority. Comprehensive integration process documentation and a post-support plan are also required.
The scope of work includes developing and implementing a go-live and cutover plan, facilitating integration with Amanda and related systems, and actively tracking integration development, testing, and resolving any issues. The contract is set for a two-year period. All clarification questions must be submitted by April 28, 2026.
