The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to procure annual memberships with the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS), including access to ATIS 3GPP, ATIS SYNC, and ATIS Next G Alliance. This membership will be effective for twelve months and is essential for supporting NIST’s efforts in cybersecurity and privacy standards development.
The Cybersecurity and Privacy Applications group within NIST’s Information Technology Laboratory relies on such memberships to contribute to, develop, and promote national standards, guidelines, and best practices for managing cybersecurity risks. Participation in ATIS and its subgroups facilitates NIST's engagement with key industry standards organizations, supporting integration and advancement of cybersecurity and privacy initiatives. This procurement is being conducted on a sole source basis to ensure continuous contribution to the ongoing evolution of telecommunications and cybersecurity standards.
