The U.S. Virgin Islands is seeking a vendor to provide an AI-assisted platform for the development and delivery of academic assessments. This platform will support the creation of summative assessments for English Language Arts (ELA), Mathematics, Science, as well as alternative assessments, all aligned with the Virgin Islands Academic and Assessment Standards.
The solution must include an artificial intelligence-enabled system to assist with scoring and the secure delivery of assessments. This initiative aims to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of assessment processes in the territory's educational system. Qualified vendors with expertise in assessment technology and AI integration are encouraged to participate. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted by February 6, 2026.
