The organization is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive marketing, promotion, social media, and event coordination services for an upcoming airshow. The selected vendor will be responsible for developing a thorough marketing plan, which includes but is not limited to print material artwork and production, digital billboards, and social media campaigns. The implementation of the approved marketing plan will utilize several channels such as television, print, digital media, outdoor advertising, radio, banners, and signs. Website management and hosting for the airshow, whether directly or through a subcontractor, will also be required.
Additional responsibilities include designing and delivering an Airshow Event Program and printing admission tickets. The vendor will provide, staff, and manage both an Informational Booth and a Media Tent at the event, including all aspects of set-up, tear-down, and distribution of informational materials. Furthermore, the vendor will deliver a detailed airshow event layout plan to ensure smooth operations on the event day.
