DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide airport sign panels services, ensuring appropriate labor practices in line with H–2B regulations. Contractors must issue each worker a document outlining the terms and conditions of employment, worker rights, and copies of any applicable H–2B work orders within required legal timeframes.

Employees must be compensated at least biweekly and paid for visa expenses, transportation, and subsistence costs related to travel to and from the worksite, as per federal law and H–2B regulations. Contractors are prohibited from seeking or receiving payments or compensation from prospective workers and must pay arrival, return/subsistence, and transportation fees at the start and end of each job order period.

Compliance with all relevant labor laws is required to ensure fair treatment and appropriate compensation for all workers.
