A government authority in California is seeking a vendor to provide airport planning and environmental consulting services. The scope includes assisting in the preparation and development of the Airport Capital Improvement Plan (ACIP) and offering a range of planning services such as airport master planning, airport layout plan development, facilities and land acquisition planning, land use planning, and environmental planning and related documentation.
The selected consultant will be responsible for conducting environmental studies, assessments, and reports that fulfill the requirements of CEQA, NEPA, and associated regulations. The role also involves representing the agency in discussions with regulatory agencies and the FAA, particularly regarding work programs, grant requirements, and project documentation. Additional airport planning and environmental consulting support may be required periodically throughout the contract period, which will last for five years.
Potential respondents must submit any questions regarding the proposal no later than April 20, 2026.
