A government authority in Anniston, Alabama is seeking airport planning and engineering consulting services. The selected consultant will assist with preparing preapplications and full applications for federal and state funding, and develop key airport documents such as the airport layout plan, capital improvement plan, and disadvantaged business enterprise plan. The scope of work also involves runway extension justification, environmental and feasibility studies, benefit-cost analysis, and the resolution of airport compliance issues.
