The objective is to guide the implementation of effective parking strategies, evaluate various operational models, and support the airport in selecting approaches that best align with its strategic objectives.
Key areas of service include data analytics specific to airport parking—covering core definitions, predictive modeling, and real-time decision-making strategies. A comprehensive review of dynamic pricing methods and revenue management strategies is required, incorporating current best practices across airport categories. The scope also includes guidance on change management to ensure successful adoption of new operating models, as well as recommendations for integrating software solutions and optimizing data management.
Additional responsibilities involve evaluating marketing plans, designing loyalty programs, optimizing eCommerce platforms, and formulating dynamic rate strategies, including the use of reservation systems and surge pricing. The vendor should also propose methods to identify and expand ancillary revenue streams, and recommend suitable governance and oversight protocols. The contract is set for a one-year period.
