DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Vernal, Utah is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive airport engineering services over a five-year contract period. Work includes the construction, improvement, and expansion of airfield and air ground vehicle electrification and charging infrastructure for both airside and groundside operations.

Responsibilities encompass collecting engineering data, conducting field investigations, performing surveys, and undertaking engineering and environmental studies. The selected firm will also provide consultation and advice to the project Sponsor throughout all construction phases, support the development of alternative transport modes to and from the airport, design and construct appropriate hangar taxi lanes, and oversee construction and rehabilitation of terminal aprons. Additional duties include pavement preservation for all airport surfaces and improvements to airfield lighting.

Vendors must demonstrate experience in airport infrastructure projects, including advanced transportation and electrification systems, and be capable of supporting multi-year construction and engineering initiatives.
