A Texas agency is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive, turnkey SaaS solution for aircraft management, maintenance, and parts ordering. The desired system should be a mature, commercially available aircraft management platform that has been operational and in use for at least seven years, demonstrating both long-term stability and reliability.
The solution must be delivered as a contractor-hosted, cloud-based service. Key requirements include the ability to receive electronic updates such as airworthiness directives and service bulletins from the FAA and leading manufacturers like Textron, Bell, Pilatus, Cessna, Airbus, Kawasaki, Pratt and Whitney, Safran, and Lycoming. The software must facilitate the tracking of aircraft records, flights, training, currencies, maintenance, accessories, parts, and equipment. Additional features should include user role management, maintenance of training records, robust keyword-based search functionality, and workflow capabilities for submitting and approving item requests.
This contract is set for a five-year term. A virtual pre-bid meeting and a deadline for question submissions have been established for interested vendors.
