DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Portsmouth, New Hampshire seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive Air Service Development (ASD) consulting services. The selected firm will deliver a professional ASD consulting plan that includes marketing analysis and route development. Responsibilities include analyzing catchment area demographics, economic trends, and travel behaviors, as well as evaluating current airline service performance and identifying opportunities for new or expanded routes. The firm will prepare customized business cases for airline route development and retention and will evaluate the New Hampshire State Airport System.

Additional tasks encompass airline engagement such as conducting meetings with airline network planners, representing the airport at ASD conferences, and providing ongoing support for airline negotiations and follow-ups. The vendor is also expected to assist with the Small Community Air Service Development Program and other grant applications, as well as recommend and help structure incentive programs. Data and forecasting duties include utilizing aviation data tools, traffic and revenue forecasting, providing quarterly performance reports, and conducting passenger surveys.
