DESCRIPTION


The City of Boise's Public Works Department is seeking a vendor to provide air quality modeling, permit application support, and long-range planning services in support of its Water Renewal Services division. This division is responsible for collecting and renewing approximately 10 billion gallons of used water annually, requiring comprehensive management to ensure environmental compliance and sustainability.

The selected vendor will assist the city in building a more expansive air quality management program. Responsibilities will include supporting permit applications, developing air quality models, advising on the replacement of boilers in the Water Quality Lab, and contributing expertise to solids management, digester improvements, tertiary filtration, and capacity expansion projects.

The contract will be awarded for a period of one year and will focus on ensuring the city's air quality initiatives and water renewal operations remain compliant with regulatory requirements and aligned with long-term environmental goals.
