A government authority in Arlington, VA is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive air handling unit replacement services. The project scope includes the replacement of air handling units along with the provision and installation of related materials, such as portable chain-link fencing, windscreen privacy screens, reinforced polyethylene sheets, dust-control adhesive mats, insulation, and gypsum board. All materials must meet specified standards, including minimum thickness and size requirements, compliance with ASTM and NFPA specifications, and additional requirements as designated by the project architect.
The successful vendor will be responsible for ensuring proper installation and adherence to all safety and quality standards for both the air handling units and ancillary materials.
