A New York-based institution is seeking a vendor to provide an AI licensing solution that includes 500 annual licenses for ChatGPT EDU or an equivalent platform. The solution must feature a secure, cloud-based survey and research data collection platform designed for use by students, faculty, and staff across academic, administrative, and research activities.
Key platform requirements include capabilities for text interpretation, coding support, math reasoning, data analysis, document summarization, and integrated web browsing and analytics tools. The platform should allow institution-wide creation and sharing of custom workflows, a dedicated workspace with role-based administrative controls, and support for institutional-level licensing and domain-based user verification. Single Sign-On (SSO) and SCIM support for user provisioning and deprovisioning are also required. Vendors must provide written data-handling guidelines specifying permissible and restricted data types.
The contract period for this engagement will be one year.
