DESCRIPTION


The agency seeks a qualified strategic partner to provide AI-enhanced program and enrollment content optimization services. The selected vendor will enhance the visibility, performance, and enrollment effectiveness of priority academic program pages and key enrollment-focused pages across the agency's website. Responsibilities include conducting a targeted performance review and providing substantive content redevelopment for up to one hundred priority pages.

The scope of work involves reviewing existing SEO documentation, performance data, and analytics for selected pages. The vendor will perform AI/AEO/GEO and search performance assessments with a focus on organic search alignment, structural clarity, heading hierarchy, search intent alignment, AI readability, extraction potential, and competitive positioning relative to peer institutions.

The engagement also includes evaluating and enhancing current content frameworks, recommending refinements to improve AI readability and structure, and optimizing program and enrollment page content to strengthen enrollment-focused messaging. This project aims to bolster the agency’s presence across traditional organic search, AI-assisted and generative discovery platforms, conversational and question-based search environments, and the enrollment decision-making journey. The contract period is set for three years.
