The selected vendor will provide an AI and agentic AI governance platform to support the centralized governance, monitoring, and management of AI systems. The platform must address clinical, research, operational, and administrative domains to ensure comprehensive oversight of AI functionalities.
The solution should enable the reduction of patient safety risks by offering governance controls that address AI drift, bias, hallucinations, and incorrect agentic actions. Vendors must facilitate standardized incident response and reporting mechanisms for AI or agent failures, thereby eliminating risks associated with fragmented visibility.
Integration with existing enterprise systems and platforms is required to minimize manual data entry and improve the accuracy and timeliness of governance information. A pre-bid conference will be held on April 13, 2026.
