The government authority in Montpelier, Vermont is seeking a vendor to supply the Agriview newsletter. The newsletter is produced in a tabloid format with a trim size of 11–3/8” by 14–1/2”, folded to 11–3/8” by 7/14”. It consists of 16–20 pages, printed with non-toxic black ink and includes color images on the front and back pages. The stock used will be 30 LB Kruger recycled newsprint.
The vendor will be responsible for mailing between 1,500 and 6,000 copies per issue under a second-class mail permit. The contract for these supplies will span two years.
