The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is seeking to renew its Agency-Wide Microsoft Power Apps Enterprise Agreement. The current procurement is being handled by the NASA Information Technology Procurement Office (ITPO), and is structured as a sole source contract with Minburn Technology Group, identified as the sole provider meeting the requirements for this renewal.
NASA is acquiring these enterprise-level Microsoft Power Apps services as a commercial product or service under the relevant federal acquisition regulations. Interested organizations may electronically submit their capabilities and qualifications to demonstrate their ability to fulfill the requirements by the stated deadline; these will be evaluated only for the purpose of determining the possibility of competition for the acquisition.
The final decision regarding whether to pursue competitive procurement is at NASA’s sole discretion. All inquiries or communications regarding this notice must be provided in writing, as oral communications are not acceptable.
