SUMMARY

NASA is renewing its agency-wide Microsoft M365 G5 Enterprise Agreement, with the intent to award a sole source contract, but is accepting capability statements from interested vendors.

DESCRIPTION

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is seeking services for the renewal of its Agency-Wide Microsoft M365 G5 Enterprise Agreement. This renewal involves the continuation of a current Enterprise Agreement (EA) and will be managed by the NASA Information Technology Procurement Office (ITPO).

At this time, NASA intends to issue a sole source contract to Minburn Technology Group, based on its status as the sole provider capable of meeting these requirements. The acquisition process will utilize commercial product or service procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. Organizations interested in demonstrating their capabilities and qualifications to perform this work may submit this information electronically for review, which may influence whether NASA conducts a competitive procurement. All responses will be evaluated solely for this purpose, and the decision on competition is at NASA's sole discretion.

Additional details, including NASA's ombudsman contact for this procurement, are available through their official procurement website.
