DESCRIPTION
The government authority in New Mexico seeks a vendor to provide affordable housing trust fund services. Eligible activities include rental housing projects, new construction, development acquisition, renovation or rehabilitation, preservation of existing housing, supportive housing, mixed–income single–family or multi–family developments, affordable homeownership opportunities, and infrastructure initiatives that support affordable rental or homeownership housing.
