The government authority in Middletown, RI is seeking an experienced development partner to oversee the comprehensive planning and execution of an affordable housing project consisting of 36 homeownership units. The selected partner will serve as the master developer, responsible for the planning, design, construction, marketing, and sale of these homes, ensuring that all aspects adhere to regulatory and program requirements.
Key responsibilities include conducting due diligence and site analysis, developing the final design based on master plan approval, and engaging with the community as needed. The partner will be tasked with identifying and securing public and private financing sources, managing the construction process, and ensuring compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations.
