DESCRIPTION


The vendor is required to provide aerial advertising services for an anti-litter campaign during the summer of 2026. Flights are to take place every Saturday and Sunday from May 23, 2026 to September 7, 2026, including holidays, covering all beaches in New Jersey.

A total of 29 flights will be scheduled throughout the campaign, with an average of two flights per week. The campaign must include proof of performance through a flight tracking application, as well as provide campaign impression data for the aerial advertising efforts.

Vendors may submit questions regarding the RFP until March 11, 2026.
