This project seeks a qualified vendor to provide technical support for advocacy and campaign activities at a global level. Key responsibilities include managing and overseeing a multilingual website in English, French, and Spanish, offering guidance on website development for enhanced communication, and regularly updating content across all three languages. The vendor will also be tasked with developing effective messaging in collaboration with the Secretariat and communications teams, and supporting the creation and management of campaign toolkits, incorporating feedback from stakeholders.

Additional duties involve coordinating 2–3 day events and webinars, composing communications materials with a focus on narrative and messaging, and producing regular blogs and news articles to highlight partnership events and news. Social media management includes generating 20 original LinkedIn posts and reposting 60 times annually, as well as curating global website content by preparing and uploading 50 news items and documents. The provider will collaborate to produce three country case studies and identify three blogs for reposting or collaborative production.
