The vendor is required to provide advertising services that encompass the development and placement of advertisements across a variety of platforms to maximize reach and impressions throughout New Mexico. Services will include the placing of 4–6 existing TV spots year-round, and completing the editing and placement of two new TV spots utilizing existing footage for a November to December campaign.
Additionally, the vendor will create and promote an annual digital buy local Lookbook, under 40 pages, involving photography, design, and supplier coordination for cross-promotional opportunities, launching before Thanksgiving and running through Valentine’s Day. Other tasks include producing and launching a :30 TV spot for a new or existing phone app from September to December, promoting an annual event in November, and organizing a billboard campaign with high-visibility placements in agricultural and rural corridors statewide.
The scope also includes executing a targeted statewide digital campaign using geofencing, as well as creating and conducting a YouTube advertising campaign with video pre-roll and discovery ads, targeted by specific regions, interests, and topics.
