DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide comprehensive advertising services, which include supplying all finished advertising materials and staffing the application of advertisements onto vehicles and shelters. The contractor is also responsible for proposing a policy for not-for-profit organizations and public service advertising.

Additionally, the contractor must grant access to any unsold advertising space, at no charge, for promoting services or displaying public notices. The contract duration is for one year. All questions related to this RFP must be submitted by April 30, 2026.
