Summit County, Ohio is soliciting proposals from qualified advertising firms to manage and sell advertising signage on its fleet of metro vehicles. The selected contractor will be responsible for selling, designing, developing, producing, installing, and maintaining both digital and print advertisements, including interior and exterior display signage, as well as full and partial vehicle wraps. Future opportunities for external digital signage may also be included in the scope.
The contractor will administer all approved advertising forms and oversee the entire lifecycle of transit advertisement placements, including their removal. Services are to be provided across the metro service area, reaching a diverse range of residential and business communities within Summit County. The county seeks a partnership with a firm that will not only support existing advertising plans but also identify and propose new opportunities to increase revenue and support the growth of public transit.
The term of the contract will be four years. Questions related to this solicitation must be submitted by February 9, 2026.
