An agency in Pennsylvania is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive advertising planning, trafficking, and media buying services for a range of campaigns. These campaigns include initiatives such as Restaurant Week, Sips, Let’s Do Lunch, Open Streets, seasonal park events, and additional agency promotions.
The selected firm will be responsible for developing integrated media plans tailored to each campaign, including conducting audience research, targeting analysis, and recommending an optimal media mix across digital and traditional channels. Duties include negotiating and executing media buys, securing prime placements and schedules, as well as coordinating the delivery of creative assets to media vendors and ensuring all materials meet technical specifications. Additional responsibilities encompass tracking insertion orders, managing campaign budgets, and providing comprehensive reports on media performance, budget pacing, reach, engagement, and conversions.
Deliverables include detailed media plans and buying documentation, trafficking schedules, creative delivery confirmations, monthly financial and campaign reports, and quarterly strategic reviews with actionable recommendations. The contract will be awarded for a one-year period.
