The selected vendor will provide comprehensive advertising, media planning, creative asset design, and ad placement services to enhance the agency's communication with residents. Services include driving social media growth and undertaking content production with an emphasis on accessible outreach and public awareness of County programs, services, and resources.
The contractor will facilitate increased engagement with constituents through digital and social media platforms, especially YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Deliverables consist of both rapid-response short-form content and fully produced longer-form videos that clearly explain County programs and policy decisions, such as explainer videos, service guides, testimonial stories, and community impact narratives.
Responsibilities also entail building, maintaining, and adapting platform-specific playbooks to maximize reach and engagement by refining posting cadence, hashtag strategy, and engagement tactics based on performance analytics. The contract period will be one year.
