The project seeks a vendor to deliver comprehensive advertising, marketing, and related services. Key responsibilities include strategic marketing consultation, planning, and production, as well as media buying, placement, and monitoring. The vendor is expected to provide creative services such as developing print or digital advertising assets, website development, content writing, event support, social media management or campaign development, specialized photography, videography, and video production.
Additional tasks involve media planning, execution, and evaluation including identifying campaign criteria, developing competitive media buy analysis, and presenting strategic media plans with analysis and recommendations. The selected company will implement media buys, negotiate and contract approved advertising plans, and coordinate delivery of creative assets to media vendors. Monitoring of media performance and auditing invoices to ensure accuracy and fulfillment within agreed campaign dates is also required.
All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by May 21, 2026.
