DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide comprehensive advertising, marketing, and media buying services to support promotional efforts for lottery products and brand messaging. Responsibilities include the implementation of integrated multi-channel campaigns utilizing a mix of print, digital, social media, out-of-home, streaming, and broadcast media. Digital campaigns must feature engaging creative content, deliver responsible messaging, and ensure effective audience communication.

The contractor will be expected to enhance engagement across all social media platforms, manage both paid and organic social strategies on a daily basis, and develop creative assets. Additional duties include developing and executing media strategies, planning and purchasing ad placements, and measuring campaign performance across all media channels. Innovative and effective marketing strategy, planning, and analytical assessment of campaign outcomes are required throughout the contract, which will span three years.
