Advertising Consulting and Athletic Scoring Infrastructure Upgrades Service

A Pennsylvania school district is seeking a qualified vendor to provide advertising consulting services and upgrades to athletic scoring infrastructure at three high schools. The scope of work includes the complete design, construction, and turnkey installation of custom digital scoreboards and videoboard systems at each location.

The selected consultant will be responsible for developing advertising sponsorship levels by surveying potential advertising sites and recommending appropriate revenue amounts for each tier. Responsibilities also include managing a districtwide advertising program, which will involve reviewing sponsor-submitted designs, overseeing advertisement placement, managing contract terms and renewals, and providing recommendations to ensure that advertising efforts generate sustainable supplementary revenue while upholding the district's educational priorities and standards.

Additionally, the consultant or their subcontractor is expected to evaluate the current electrical system and implement any necessary upgrades to accommodate the new scoreboard and videoboard equipment.
