A college in Florida is seeking advertising and marketing firms to develop, produce, and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel advertising campaign that promotes the institution's programs, services, and enrollment opportunities. The selected vendor will be responsible for strategic planning, creative concept development, media buying, campaign execution, and delivering performance analytics throughout the campaign.
Key deliverables include the development of at least three distinct creative concepts, professional graphic design for a variety of platforms (print, digital, social media, and outdoor advertising), and high-quality video production for broadcast, digital, and social channels. Video production tasks will encompass concept development, scripting, storyboarding, filming, coordination of talent, voiceover work, and all aspects of post-production. Professional photography services are also required, particularly on-campus shoots featuring students, faculty, and facilities.
The vendor will handle comprehensive media planning, detailing optimal strategies for channel selection, targeting, scheduling, and budget allocation to ensure maximum reach and efficiency. A strategic advertising recommendation document outlining objectives, target audiences, messaging, mix recommendations, and success metrics is also expected. The contract will be awarded for a period of two years.
