A provincial agency in Ontario is seeking proposals from experienced advertising agencies to deliver an integrated awareness campaign. The selected agency will be responsible for elevating the organization's brand, communicating the unique services provided, and strengthening public understanding of its impact.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing a high-impact advertising campaign across traditional and digital media channels, with strategic messaging and earned media to build awareness and engagement throughout Ontario. Agencies are expected to design a comprehensive marketing approach based on audience insights and approved brand positioning, produce creative concepts and messaging, and manage paid media placements to ensure reach and performance at provincial, regional, and local levels.
The campaign's objectives are to increase awareness and recognition of the agency as a trusted, values-driven organization within the communities it serves. Optimization based on performance data and alignment with marketing goals is required throughout the campaign. The contract period will be for one year, and all questions related to the RFP must be submitted no later than May 8, 2026.
