DESCRIPTION


A Canadian institution in Nova Scotia seeks a vendor to provide end-to-end implementation services for an advancement constituent relationship management (CRM) solution. The scope of work includes planning, configuration, data migration, integration with enterprise systems, comprehensive testing, training, change management, go-live execution, and post-implementation stabilization with knowledge transfer.

Marketing and Communications teams support Advancement initiatives by executing strategic messaging, branding, digital communications, and storytelling. Development teams lead fundraising efforts such as annual giving, major and planned gifts, donor relations, and campaign management. Advancement services/records manage constituent data, gift processing, records integrity, prospect research, and reporting support. The current technology environment consists of Ellucian Banner Student Information System (including Student and Advancement modules), Salesforce, Centralsquare Finance, Moneris (e-commerce gateway), TargetX, iModules, reporting tools, and other related platforms.

Vendors will be expected to enhance operational efficiency in gift processing, events, calling programs, communications, prospect management, stewardship, and reporting. Strong user adoption will be promoted through training, change management, and clear documentation.
