DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying a solid state water metering solution, along with the option for a fully automated Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) system. The AMI solution must include real-time alerting capabilities and utilize a vendor-provided software platform, ensuring that no third-party customer portals are required. The platform must feature a native customer portal, facilitate both meter-driven and system-generated alarms, and support daily utility operations with minimal complexity. The aim is to streamline utility management and improve response times to system issues.
