DESCRIPTION
NASA/NSSC is seeking the renewal of ADORE software, with performance located at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center. This procurement is intended as a sole source contract to PRADEEP K. GUPTA, INC., deemed the sole provider for the renewal services.
Interested organizations may submit their written capabilities and qualifications to the designated point of contact prior to the deadline for consideration. The submissions will be evaluated strictly to determine if a competitive procurement process is warranted. The government reserves full discretion over procurement decisions based on received responses, and oral communications are not permitted for this solicitation.
The contract will be acquired in accordance with the commercial items and services provisions outlined in FAR Part 12 and 13, under NAICS Code 541519. The NASA Clause 1852.215–84, Ombudsman, is applicable for this acquisition.
