A public agency in California is seeking a vendor to provide Adobe software license services under a one-year contract. Required services include the provision of various types of Adobe product licenses, including Named User Licenses (NULs) and Feature Restricted Licenses (FRLs). Named User Licenses are assigned to individual users, whereas Feature Restricted Licenses are associated with a specific computer, allowing multiple users to access the product on that device.
Products covered under this contract include Acrobat Professional (both NUL and FRL), Captivate NUL, All Apps NUL, Illustrator NUL, Photoshop NUL, and Photoshop FRL. The selected vendor will be expected to designate a customer service contact to support the Program Administrator, who will be responsible for ordering licenses on behalf of the agency. This contract offers an opportunity for experienced vendors in software licensing and customer support to work with a government entity in California.
