This solicitation seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementation and digital product development services. The selected company will be responsible for project planning, management, product design, software development, deployment, end-user training, and ongoing maintenance for the AEM platform. Key objectives include change management, workflow interface design for customer-facing product and feature development, and ensuring real-time data accuracy, emergency override capability, multilingual support, enhanced wayfinding, centralized content authoring, simplified scheduling, role-based access control (RBAC), advertising revenue enablement, offline playback, and system scalability.
Scope of work includes unified content management architecture and strategy, detailed implementation planning, AEM licensing support, governance foundation, enterprise Digital Asset Management (DAM) integration, AEM screens implementation, and establishing a shared content hub.
