Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The selected vendor will provide comprehensive management services for communications directed toward admitted students, spanning from deposit through matriculation. Responsibilities include conducting a thorough audit and assessment of all current admitted student communications across departments, with a primary focus on emails sent via Slate, as well as other channels such as mailers, web pages, non-Slate emails, and checklists. The audit aims to identify redundancies, inconsistencies, and gaps in timing, tone, and content.
Following the assessment, the vendor will develop a strategic, unified communications plan and timeline, ensuring key milestones are effectively covered and communications are strategically paced to prevent overload and confusion for students and their families. Deliverables include a comprehensive communications audit report, a detailed strategic timeline and plan, branded email and print templates, and an analytics and reporting dashboard.
The scope also requires the design of an internal collaboration framework to define roles, responsibilities, and checkpoints among all participating units, as well as integration with relevant technologies. The contract is set for one year, with an emphasis on strategic consolidation and optimization of communications.
