A government authority in Alabama is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive administrative management and logistical support services. Responsibilities include responding to public information requests, establishing and maintaining email communication, and ensuring daily monitoring of emails. The vendor will also be responsible for maintaining the Authority’s website with timely updates.
Additionally, the contractor must provide a dedicated telephone line in their office for the Authority, available during regular business hours (8:30 AM to 4:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, excluding state holidays). Other duties include data entry in a tabular format, updating penalty data from hearings via FTP transfer, and maintaining a secure filing system with separate files for complaints and appeals. The vendor will handle and route general correspondence related to the Authority’s operations and performance.
