A California-based transit agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive administrative and marketing support services. The selected vendor will be responsible for developing and executing outreach campaigns by creating graphic materials, social media content, and other marketing collateral to effectively promote transit initiatives.
Key responsibilities include coordinating, attending, and facilitating meetings and workshops with stakeholders, clients, and transit riders to ensure successful marketing strategy implementation. The vendor will assist transit providers in maintaining consistent messaging across communication channels and offer consultation to agency partners on marketing strategies, transportation planning, and service improvements aligned with the region’s latest short-range transit plan.
Additional duties involve designing word-of-mouth campaigns to educate social service agencies and their clients about county transit options, as well as providing general administrative support related to transit planning, grant funding, and program maintenance. The contract is set for a duration of three years.
