DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Denton, Maryland is seeking a vendor to provide additional bandwidth E-Rate service. The required services include business and enterprise-class internet access with a symmetrical bandwidth capacity of 1 Gbps, at least 30 static, publicly accessible IP addresses for WAN use, and the ability to scale to a minimum of 2 Gbps.

The selected vendor must guarantee a two-hour, 24/7 response to outages and a maximum downtime of 24 hours.
