Texas is seeking a vendor to provide adapter kits and diagnostic software equipped with NextStep repair maintenance and support for commercial and heavy-duty vehicles. The required solution must support all makes and models of commercial vehicles, as well as heavy-duty equipment, offering a unified platform for comprehensive diagnostics.
The proposed diagnostic application should feature a user-friendly interface, guided diagnostic functionality, and integrated troubleshooting steps and diagrams to facilitate ease of use for technicians of all skill levels. The selected vendor will be responsible for performing all installation, initial setup, and necessary configuration tasks to ensure the final product is piloted, tested, and fully functional for end users.
Additional responsibilities may include developing reports, configuring and deploying standardized workflows tailored to specific operational requirements. Interested parties are required to submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than February 25, 2026.
