DESCRIPTION


The government authority located in Washington, DC is seeking a vendor to provide adaptation fund investment services. The scope of work includes developing ten briefs focused on key thematic areas aligned with the Global Goal on Adaptation (GGA), such as water and sanitation, food and agriculture, health, ecosystems and biodiversity, infrastructure and human settlements, poverty eradication and livelihoods, and cultural heritage.

The vendor will support the secretariat in confirming the alignment of the Adaptation Fund (AF) project portfolio with these selected themes. Additionally, the vendor is responsible for conducting an in-depth analysis for each theme by reviewing project documentation, Annual Performance Reports, project mid-term and final evaluation reports, and other sources prepared by implementation entities. This process will involve extracting both quantitative and qualitative data to develop comprehensive briefs.
