DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Louisville, Kentucky is seeking a qualified vendor to manage and deliver comprehensive ADA Paratransit Functional Assessment, Eligibility, and Recertification Consulting Services. This engagement involves the provision of functional assessments, the processing of eligibility applications for ADA paratransit services, and ongoing recertification of applicants in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and eligibility provisions outlined in 49 CFR Part 37.123.
