The state of Maryland is seeking a vendor to supply an Active Directory (AD) manager tool. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support through channels such as email, phone, or video conference to assist users and administrators.
The vendor must deliver regular product updates, maintain up-to-date product documentation, and promptly supply security patches for the licensed software. In addition, the vendor will be expected to share vulnerability reports with corresponding mitigation plans to address any identified risks, and provide support for deploying and applying both software licenses and updates.
