The Alexandria VA Medical Center in Pineville, Louisiana is seeking qualified and certified contractors to provide comprehensive support services for the Acustaf Labor Management Software System. The contractor will be responsible for delivering all necessary labor, software, hardware, materials, tools, and supervision required to maintain and support the system at the facility.
Services required include managing software subscriptions, performing system upgrades, ensuring hardware compatibility, providing remote support, conducting system diagnostics, and managing data backup. All services must be delivered in compliance with the Veterans Health Administration Directive 2010–034 and align with the guidelines outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
