Workers’ Compensation Board (WorkSafeBC)
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The organization is seeking information from vendors regarding the provision of an actuarial IT solution capable of generating predictions at both the claim and product levels, including liability and other relevant measures. This request aims to assess the market's interest and capability to deliver a system as described in the high-level actuarial system design, with the potential scope to expand in future phases.
Vendors are encouraged to share details about available solutions, their expertise as service providers, and possible approaches for delivery, as well as to describe any additional features such as insurance premium rate pricing, scenario analysis, policyholder classification, experience rating, and aggregate liability calculations. Of particular interest are innovative applications of artificial intelligence and machine learning for advanced modeling and adaptive learning, model governance, and integration with Microsoft Azure-based systems and data platforms.
The solution should support automated data ingestion and transmission of calculated results, demonstrate compatibility with APIs and common data pipeline tools, and provide a transparent outline of cost models including upfront and recurring fees, implementation, service, and ongoing support.
